Have you ever had someone talk smack about you or your business? Was it justified? Was it just a bunch of misinformation designed to get under your skin and make you look bad?

Most of the time, when someone talks smack – it doesn’t rise to the level of defamation – the type of smack talk you can sue for…but there is still something you CAN do about it. Yes, you can consider lawsuits (this is often how we hear about these situations at our law firm…people want to pick my legal brain about it).

But we’re not going to talk about the legal aspects of this today. We’re going to get into the real practical ways to overcome a damaged reputation (or what you THINK is a damaged reputation) – 3 ways to deal with it…which apply to every situation imaginable.
